Love: Utilize as a Verb

March 6th, 2010 by admin

Love is excellently manifested in a verb form. We all know that loving is more powerful than love itself. Just like dancing is better than dance. This is because of the demonstration of the feeling that makes it more meaningful. Dance is an incorporation of melody and harmony, while dancing is an expression of feeling translated through its steps which merely becomes the soul of it. In the same manner, loving signifies the spirit of love.

It is a moment of activity and you are actually the one doing it. You become a piece in the puzzle.

Then it begins to manifests on your personality, it starts to materialize through your eyes which is the window to your soul. It can also bee seen on your actions, aura, and gestures until it slowly becomes a way of life, flowing naturally. It gives meaning to love and that is the so-called loving. You are shelling out your energy because you are doing your loving.

By this regard, this will not remain as an expression because it translates to actions which basically give impression to it. If you love, it will flow as a natural process. Then, it will be linked to you, and you will be regarded as an action. And because you are a result of love and the meaning of your existence is love itself, you defend, rationalize, and validate your being. You may be God in a way, or should we say, godly.

However, you should not ignore and reduce your identity by means of discriminating. Discrimination is excellent in liking and not in loving. And as soon as you figure out that all things around you is lovable and fine, there is a great chance that you begin to love everything, every being. You will even love the flowers, animals, the bodies of water, and the air. It won’t give any significant meaning if you do love in parts. You have to love in whole.

Just compare your love to the river. It is freely flowing and accepting anything that comes into it; whether it is for a big obstruction. If it is large debris, it still flows even if it’s heavy.

Minimal actions begin flowing with the river. It won’t stop until it reaches its ending point. You are present in this very world to love all the things around you not only people, but plants, animals, and all the things that God has made just like you. You have to love the wholeness of the earth.

Love slowly translates to being a holistic manner of life. Just love the old quotation, love is blind. But if you will look through it, love is truly blind. It does not choose and see. It does not visualize any sort of negative vibes in lover because a lover is cautious of own shortcomings as well. The love only eyes all the positive feelings. If you love with full acceptance, it is truly love. And if it’s true love, it will surely transcend through time which synthesize energy. It is a universal feeling of mankind. And that is how we are showcased here on earth. When you are willing to drop your identity, ego, and pride, you are simply ready to love and you will be regarded as the love personified. You become the source of positive energy.

Keeping and regulating your identity has given you such security. You have to relate yourself to water and you want yourself to flow freely, you want to be immersed in the society and that is your fundamental norm. Under fundamental circumstances, you are born to love, flow. The importance of love and its tenderness can still melt the icebergs inside you. You tend to be hard as a rock without the presence of love. You dot love that is why love is not present in you. It is plain and simple. Love is tagged as the tie that binds. Energy and life should flow in coherence with love.

Change for the better

February 28th, 2010 by admin

C-H-A-N-G-E. What a dreaded word, huh? Some people try and prevent it more than planning for it, or choose to ignore it completely. Does hiding in the closet seem more appealing to you than stepping out into the light? It is true that the need to change suddenly arises out of nowhere, just as you have begun to feel safe and comfortable – then the sound of change becomes apparent at your doorstep.

Wiser people prepare for it and bravely face change. They accept the truth that change is simply inevitable. Ready or not, sooner or later everything evolves. Children grow up, and so do adults. Age multiplies. Jobs and people come and go. Relationships advance into different paths. You change, too; you might just be too busy or distracted to notice it.

The answer here is to be conscious. Your capability, duties, and power to change can actually get you to places you’ve only seen in your wildest dreams, and out of inconvenient or agonizing conditions that you thought were permanent.

Most humans are tough and adaptive beings. With all our might, we are able to endure a fair amount of distressing incidents and still rise to accomplish our goals, so it’s not advisable to thrash your achievements each time something new and shiny appears.

Change only for the better, not to follow the latest trends and fashions.

How will you determine when it’s already time for a cool change? When the queasy feeling of changing is offset by the pain of staying still, you have to evaluate the situation clearly, without a hint of blame or shame.

Discover Life

February 25th, 2010 by admin

Life is considered to be the greatest thing that happened to all of us. Most of us are occupied and pre-occupied with our own lives. We don’t have that much time nor feel the need to be immersed in our society and environment that we live in. The world is influenced by a few good people who have really known the path to achieve an abundant life.

One of the most fundamental key I found in reference to the abundant life is to enjoy the season that you are living in. Rain or shine; hot or snowy, get out of the house and walk in your world. You may live in the quiet country or in a bustling city, it matters not. Get out and walk.

Taking a short walk every day, while it is great exercise for the body, it can be even more beneficial for your attitude.

Whether you live in a natural setting, that is where there are open fields or trees, rabbits or robins, really does not matter. You can even find inspiration walking along a busy avenue of shoppers and street vendors. The idea here is to soak up as much of your environment as possible by observing every little detail.

Look at everything.

In the country, what do you see, hear, and smell? Is there summer greenery or the sun sparkling off mounds of snow? What smells are in the air? Do you smell flowers, grass, corn stalks growing or a wood burning fireplace?

What sounds do you hear? Do you feel the wind, hear birds calling to each other, hear the hooves of horses as they trot through the pasture, and listen to the crunch of snow beneath your feet?

In the city, what is around you? Do you notice that Deli you never noticed before? Go inside. Smell the myriad of odors from the various meats and cheeses and from the special breads. Ask the deli clerk about some of them. What are they? How do they taste?

Are they tart, bitter, sweet, salty? Buy a sampling and surprise your taste buds! On the street, notice the signs, billboards, window displays. What do they say or sell?

Notice the people walking along. Are they in a hurry? Are they just strolling along like you? Are there couples holding hands? Is this a mother strolling with her baby? Or is there an elderly gentleman sitting alone at a sidewalk cafe’?

These are all signs, country or city, of the abundant world you are a part of that is yours to enjoy as part of your life’s experience.

Passion – What Drives You?

February 20th, 2010 by admin

Seeking out passion starts with realizing who you are, and NOT what you are. It should be an inward search that will lead you to understanding your maximum potential. While it takes guts to swing from the external world to your internal world, it is the most vital and simplest of all methods. This brings about two simple questions: Who am I? and Why am I here?

In order to recognize your passions, you need to carefully evaluate your strengths and capabilities since your inner power is largely connected to your purpose. For example, if you are an excellent cook, it’s most likely that your life purpose is linked to cooking.

Take me as an example. I am a Lifestyle Business Coach because I believe that my passion is to inspire people and help them to become the best that they can be. My personal mission statement is: “To empower myself and others to live more clearly, simply, and fully.” A specific sentence like this one is a good starting point, and can help you concentrate on what you truly love and stand for.

Truly inspiring, your passion is that fire burning inside you waiting to be unleashed, which drives you in the direction of ultimate bliss. Listen to what your heart tells you. It may be a hobby or a skill that you have and definitely love to do. You’re so keen on it that you’re in no way anticipating anything in return.

You’re even willing to make some necessary sacrifices to achieve your passion, your goal, your life purpose.

Unfortunately, a large amount of people in this world live a life without any passion or purpose at all. Most of them are even oblivious to who they really are, and their greatest capabilities. In most scenarios, however, you can instinctively find your passion if you make an effort to discern it. And when you do, it becomes almost a breakthrough of some sort, giving you that much-awaited “AHA” moment.

Once found, you should cultivate your passions so that you can use them to your advantage. Modify and redefine whenever applicable. You may revise your  passions, missions, and goals if the previous ones are not working suitably.

Think ‘Success’ to Achieve Success

January 7th, 2010 by admin

Quite a lot of people who have earned a name in this world had no money to begin with and they started from where they were. They attained success because of determination, faith, initiative and the courage to stand by their dreams.

Getting rich comes from a state of mind. It starts and ends with mindset. Money is not everything, but money is a part of everything. It’s what you don’t know that’s preventing you from acquiring the riches you see others enjoying, and once you’ve discovered the secret, you can open the door to great riches in your life with hard work.

Positive, empowering thoughts, thoughts of your aim accompanied with faith and belief and attributed with emotion, consciously make you think and grow rich. Your thoughts are your seeds to growth. You will be the one whom you think yourself to be.

One sound thought is all you need to achieve success. Success starts with a state of mind, definiteness of purpose and hard work. Success comes to those who become success conscious. Anyone can shape their life the way they want if they have a definite thought in their minds.

Fear of Failure

December 21st, 2009 by admin

More often than not we choose to be passive and not act on a situation because we are so afraid to fail and be rejected. We experience this fear in various situations. For instance, when we are assigned to take on a new task or responsibility, we hesitate a lot because if we fail, we might also experience rejection from colleagues, family, friends, and the people around us.

Society’s definition of failure is not the most ideal and effective one to live by. If you study tycoons and other successful people, you can quickly conclude that they have a positive reaction to disappointments or failure, unlike the average individual.

For them, failure or rejection is not a matter as serious as if the world has started to crumble into pieces. They follow the more constructive approach whereby they scrutinize each failure and identify its positive consequences, which is learning from mistakes and improving the next time around. They have no regrets and no hard feelings – just valuable lessons learned.

These people always keep an open mind. They understand that if their first attempt at business fails or is slow – it will begin thriving sooner or later. This is because they learn from their mistakes; they know that tomorrow is another day and are not afraid to try again.

These enthusiastic people believe that the world is packed with kind-hearted people, and there are tons of business opportunities out there waiting to be realized. However, they have also learned that to become successful in any aspect of life, you will experience failure many times. And amidst failure there is that light of hope and inspiration that pushes you forward to strive harder, overcome challenges, and ultimately succeed. Their motto is, “Rome was not built in a day.”

The same attitude should be perfectly applicable here. You have to work out a great deal of sweat to further hone your skills and talents. If you perceive failure or rejection as the end of the road, you will never experience the success that you could otherwise achieve. Doing so will only heighten your fear and its negative impact on your life. Visualize failure simply as feedback on what you need to improve on. Once you have conquered your previous mistakes, success will follow.
